BloodRayne Betrayal: Fresh Bites, developed by WayForward Technologies, is a 2D hack ‘n slash platformer game available on PlayStation 4. The game is an upgraded version of the 2011 classic, BloodRayne Betrayal, with modern features, high-resolution visuals, and all-new voice acting by original BloodRayne cast members Laura Bailey and Troy Baker.

The game features fifteen challenging stages that take you on a bloody, action-packed adventure through a giant underground castle. You play as Rayne, summoned by the Brimstone Society for one last mission – to lead a group of soldiers against her father, Kagan. The soldiers fail, and Rayne must use her skills to run, jump, cut, and feed her way through supernatural menaces, deadly traps, tricky platforming sections, and horrifying bosses.

Fresh Bites offers new difficulty options, including a newly rebalanced difficulty for a fun and engaging experience, or the original punishing difficulty mode for those looking for a tough-as-nails challenge.
